Dear FNB,
Please remove the bad payment history on my credit profile, it is inaccurate, the account was opened in 2007, it prescribed in 2011 or even way before then, how then it is that it shows late payment, it was not paid for all this years. Please update my profile ASAP with the correct information. 5 years has elapsed and that bad history should be removed especially after the credit amnesty.
