Prescribed Credit Card at FNB blocking me to obtain any credit
Good Day, Can you please confirm that the credit card that shows on my profile will be deleted. This account has been prescribed a long time ago as per act 68 of 1969. Due to this credit card that shows on my profile with FNB prohibited me to obtain any other credit with FNB. I am banking with FNB and I am in the process of moving all my business to FNB. Due to this I also received ebucks last time in January 2024. Please advise if I must close my account and take all of my business over to ABSA who is willing to assist me with an overdraft as well as a credit card.

28 May 2024, 11:41Also, I am still waiting for someone to contact me in regard to a retirement annunity. It seems that FNB is making enough money and do not care about their client's needs. If it is not the case, get call center agents that want to work and want to give a customer the feedback and calls, they deserve.

30 May 2024, 10:19I think this is phatic service I am receiving from FNB. This morning, 30/05/2024 the eBucks department phoned me, twice (2). When I am answering the phone, no one answer me back. I sound like a parrot on myside, but nobody speak to me on your side.
This credit card, which has been prescribed as per 68 of 1969 need to be sorted before 16:00 today, or I will have no choice to take this matter further. If your telephone system is not up to par, then you forward me an email, as easy as that, or is it too much work to do so??
Your URGENT response and revert back awaits. I think I have waited now long enough.
