Prescribed Accounts

In 2021 my accounts with FNB was prescribed. I received a clearance certificate in 2021/2022, confirming that this has been cleared from my name. About 3 months ago I opened a savings account with FNB. During the last month, FNB was listed on my credit report and miraculously it shows I have 2 accounts with FNB for 2014(10 Years ago) for an of 300 000?????? Can you please investigate this, and clear it from my name???????
