Prepare to wait for hours for assistance.

Disgusted with FNB service. I waited close to 50 minutes for assistance from their Call Centre, and had to call back and wait another 40 minutes because the issue was not resolved the first time. The person answering the phone could barely understand what i was saying, failing to even take down an email address. What is happening with the standards at FNB??
