Prepaid Withdrawal Application Delays: REF Number ***

Good day,

On the 28 Sept 2020 I have forwarded a prepaid withdrawal application. Unfortunately when I called the Home Loans Department today to follow up on my application I was advised that It was not captured therefore I should re-forward the email. However I was advised that my application will take another 5-7 days before a transfer can be completed. Now what frustrates me is that it should not be my concern that the Home Loans Department didn't capture my application on time. Please process my application timely.
