Prepaid withdrawal application delayed

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my prepaid withdrawal application. I have send the application on the 19th April 2021 and even now I still have not gotten my money. When I call to enquire I am advised that my application is with the Payments department. Please give urgent feedback
