PREPAID SERVICE FEES !!!!!

I am not happy at all with their Service fees on Prepaid electricity as I have bought R1000 electricity and FMB is taking R596.42 for service fees. This is unbelievable. You are robbing you loyal clients even fot people that have been with you for many years. It seems that FNB is not what they use to be, therefore we have to change to other banks
