Prepaid electricity "service fees"
I'd like to know how the service fee for buying electricity through fnb are calculated? How can i buy the same amount of electricity within a space of a month and get charged R24 service fee for one transaction and R143 for the other? I think this is a ******* and people should be aware of how much they're being charged and how it's calculated.
