Prepaid Electricity Service Fee

Hi there, Every time I buy electricity I am charged excessive service fees. I bought R350 and I am charged R126 service fee. Why is this service fee charged. This amount is extremely high without reason. Please advise. I am also a private wealth client and assumed there would be no fees.
