Prepaid bond funds withheld
I have been a loyal client with FNB since 2002. However, my current experience is causing so much frustration that I am considering moving my business elsewhere. I am trying to get access to my prepaid bond funds, and not getting any reply, except for automated responses. On the two occasions I did connect with a consultant, there was no intention of coming to a solution. Please can you assist me as soon as possible. Dr GM Uys

07 Dec 2020, 12:51It is now the 7th of December, and the only correspondence I have received from FNB was an automated email requesting documents. No personal service at all. I have tried phoning, but the lines ring endlessly, or you get transferred to departments, with no resolve.
