Prepaid amount payout

I've paying an extra amount towards my home loan. I login an application to withdraw those funds and pay for my registration. Everytime when I call I'm told that it's with the payout department, a consultant will get back to me the next day. The payout is said to take 4-7days but it's been weeks now and I'm still waiting.
