Prepaid airtime

I bought airtime on the 1st of June from my app and never received it. Called the bank they still haven't updated me till now, called Telkom the refer me back to the bank like what's really hard to fix because the money went off it appears on the statement its very simple refund me or loaf the airtime. Very disappointed. So if l bought electricity I would be in the dark clearly.
