Premier Switch - Goodbye eBucks

Here is my dilemma: I love FNB, I think they are the bees knees, I even in August tried to convince my husband to make the switch. I said to him, look at this great app, look only cards that you need and will actually use, look how much I get back in eBucks....and then I made the mistake of switching from Gold to Premier....he is still asking me to show him the eBucks I should have gotten back for my Engen purchase in August.

I lost all eBucks that I should have earned in August, it was showing on the app and just one day ****** gone! Now September has passed, I swiped my new shiny premier credit card at Engen & CTM multiple time, but I have nothing to show for it as eBucks does not pick up that I have both the Cheq and Credit premier accounts.

I am disappointing in this and can only hope that in 90days when the gold credit account finally disappears from my App that maybe eBucks will finally see my new credit card. Yes I have phoned and spoken to people, but no one understands why or they ensure me that it is linked....but yet no eBucks...

I tried, but you also lost a potential client due to this.
