Premier suite Pathetic service delivery

FNB Premier Suite Not really what its cut out to be! After chatting to countless bankers, its apparent ....it goes from bad to worse. Extremely disappointed that my issue still hasn't been resolved. Reversal of bank charges on my premier for buying goods internationally. Did know that FNB can charge you for any and all transactions for any purchase including netflix, amazon or any platform that you use, but their pricing says that on the global platform you wouldnt be charged.
