Premier Suite Empty Promises

FNB who gave me a Platinum Cheque account of which the min requirement is R16 500 a month to receive benefits such as Ebucks and so on was not possible for I didn't earn the min requirements a month...So for 2 months I have been paying bank charges and costs for a Platinum account with no benefits or any earing of ebucks....so when I requested to have my account downgraded so that I could benefit at least for paying bank costs. FNB charges me to close my account and still which is unacceptable and when calling the Premier suite to have personal assistance which you actually pay for in the bank costs they Promise you the person will contact you and up until now I haven't received one phone call....so I wonder who is the \Steve Bank"FNB always advertises.
