Premier suite agents - absolutely useless

Absolutely appalling service for a long time premier customer. Tried to query today as my pre approved credit card limit increase is not reflecting. After a very unhelpful chat with Khanyisile, they say they are transferring me to the credit card fulfillment desk - and I have now been waiting for 4 hours to get through to someone on the fulfillment desk. This is absolute BULL**** FNB.
