Premier Service

After my first complaint on this platform about FNB, they contacted me & ensure that their service would improve to their clients. This has not been the case. I was promised to be contacted by two of FNB's departments within 24 hours from the time I spoke to a consultant. It has been five days & no contact. This is really pathetic service from FNB & your fees are not exactly cheap to be struggling this much to get assistance.
