Premier let down and a total let down by my bank and the banks courier company -CCD Couriers

Following up on a review that I wrote about being ****med into buying a phone from a website that does not exist -from n link on Facebook , I was contacted the Monday and the matter was dealt with professionally and I got my money back , very happy , and then the disaster started , also on Monday a person from the Fnb ***** department contacted me and advised me that I’ll have to cancel my card and order a new one , I did so . then he told me I’ll have my new card before the weekend , on Wednesday I tried to phone Fnb to follow up on my new card , only now to realise that with out an active card number you cant speak to them -as the system require to enter the last 6 digits of your card , on Thursday a person from CCD couriers phoned me , and I explained my situation to him , he said he will escalate it , on Friday however I received 7 calls from this courier company , every time asking me for the same thing , delivery address , and none of them had any interest to help me , I eventually found a number for Fnb were I can speak to Fnb -and this person just said , he is going to put me thru to premier banking , jet again I could not speak to anyone AS I NEED A CARD NUMBER , and this was explained to them , now my monthly billing for Microsoft and Netflix went back as the card is cancelled , also have a re funds of almost R8000 bouncing back (after I asked the person on Monday what would happen with these re funds -as the card is cancelled -and he insured me -it is going back into the account -not the card ) only now today to be tolled -the refunds would just bounse back -I can not believe hoe *********** and pathetic Fnb has become -now I’m sitting at home -with no money -thank you Fnb for the worst serves ever -and you courier company is a joke and why am I a premier customer -if I have to go thru this
