Premier Fusion Acc

Last week I upgraded my Gold Cheque to Premier Cheque. When I went to collect the card at the branch I happened to ask if it was a good acc. The teller said it was good until Fusion was introduced. I asked to know more about the benefits of the premier and he told me all good things except for the credit facility etc. I opted for it as I was immediately at the branch and when I got back to the office to do a research I found out that I actually have to now have credit facility etc which I am not interested in. I want to sit back on the normal premier cheque account. When I try to call *** it takes me to gold cheque instead of fusion. I have spoken to so many consultants and they promised to transfer me to the premier with no luck. Credit overdraft was activated this afternoon and I am already told that I have tapped into the money and I am only in the process of activating the card. I do not want this fusion thing. It is confusing me on the first day. Please cancel it and take back the overdraft.
