Premier doesn't count for anything

Okey so I had forgotten my my cheque card at home.

I'm on hoilday on CPT. I had forgotten it in my car because I had paid for tollgates.

Anyway no big deal. I hadn't used my credit card for a while so I had forgotten my pin, so idiotic of me i know.

Anyway I go to the fnb in Tygervalley.

I see they have a fnb atm with internet banking (score!), I think maybe I can do stuff there or see my pin as in the past.

Anyway I see I couldn't see anything.

I phone premier guys, they say I must go in and look there, I tell them I can't.

He says, my account is in order he puts me through to the online guys, cool.

I wait a solid 10min on the phone ( nice to be premier, only have TO WAIT 10 **** MINUTES!)

It's fine I guess, maybe there are issues, since they said, they experience high call volumes.

Anyway, guy tells me I had to log in through a verified device, I said I'm sorry I logged in through an ATM that was at your brancehs, how do you not get more verified than that?

He said I have to go in then and verifiy my device, whatever this means with my ID book.

Why did no one tell me this, EVER! How could I have seen it one day (knew I did see it when I had opened the **** account) and then not be able to see it?

Anyway, I phone the premier banking people again, I phone my "Team". I ask if there is no way to be able to fix this? She first off didn't understand what the problem was, so had to explain again.

I think when I get back from holiday I will move my accounts to another bank. Hopefully, they won't offer false promises, that say that you have a team of bankers to help you with banking and financial needs. Too bad my "team"who I don't even know by name. Couldn't fix this easily.

What about being a premier client was great here?!

The only one who is winning is the bank as always, rather not promise the world and let me suffer through going to the bank in my holiday period, but atleast I know what to expect.

Also don't advertise a "relationship"with a "team of bankers"when they aren't listening or can REALLY fix your problem.

How could I not go through an authentication process to get this sorted? Also, verified device? Yet I go to an ATM at the FNB BRANCH! Honetstly?

Does this mean I have to take my desktop PC, laptop, tablet and phone to get it verified so I can be able to see MY **** PIN! When I had been able to SEE IT IN THE PAST!

Other banks are looking pretty **** good right about now.
