Premier Current Account downgrade

On the 28th of October, I went to the Fnb branch at Lephalale mall to get my Islamic Premier Current Account downgraded and signed some documents and I was told that it will be downgraded however to date my account is still active as Premier and I have to continue paying ridiculous monthly fees.

I than continued with my plea sometimes last week via the FNB messaging app and still nothing happened. This week I wanted to do a follow up and I have noticed that the messaging app option is no where to be found.
