Premier Credit Card Theft...............
I have been dealing with people that cant do their jobs in the bank, I have been for two months now trying to get my credit card right after the bank informs you to update your auto payment to get e-bucks. The consultants were requested to remove the auto payment as I have never had one on my card. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. The date is still wrong and even when I make a payment over the system auto takes a double payment. When will you update your system and get somebody to fix the mess that you stuffed up!!!!!!!!!!! Your premier bankers cant even assist or fix the problem.

18 Nov 2020, 20:27Fnb still hasn’t contacted a person and still not fixed their stuff up. Where is customer service and is this their way of keeping the ratings on responses down. Fnb better make contact or I will comment on the hour every hour with a complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
