Premier Credit Card Nightmare

Pathetic service received from the Premier Credit Card division!!! Just to increase credit card limit has been nightmare. Spoke to 5 consultants and 8 days later still not assisted what a waste of my resources. Canceling my credit card and moving to another bank that values it's clients!!
