Premier consultants are a joke!
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with *********** "premier bankers" on the app. No one wanted to assist me and i was transferred to different divisions where i had to explain my problem several times. Further to this the consultants asked no real questions to assist they just transferred me and I found the interactions extremely rude and unhelpful.
My app is not working and no one wants to actually help with this. NO questions were asked and responses came across like i was the problem and an idiot that didn't know how to use my own device. Consultants that did not assist and assumed this were Ntasako and Lereil who basically said its not his job. Perhaps the consultants need an training program to help them understand what each division does instead of increasing a customers frustration by not helping.
i am not receiving any notifications regarding debit orders going off my account.
I still am not receiving notifications and Thuli advised me that the Accounts department will be contacting me and assisting with this as the feature was deactivated. I would like to know who deactivated this on my profile as i did not give any permission for this to be done. It raises a great concern that my information and account is not safe with FNB.
Also please upskill the consultants on secure chat. It is highly annoying to be told they cannot assist and direct me to the website for me to do everything, what then is the point of this service?
