Premier Client treated like a common savings client

As a premier client you sometimes make me feel like a cheap savings account holder, been trying to reschedule card delivery after courier arrived before I got to work, no call received.. only errors on the app, doing the chat option agent says it takes 7 days to deliver a card to a branch (I ordered on 7 Oct) would have gotten it today.. and then cuts the chat
