Premier Cheque Account not so Premier

I opened a Premier Cheque Account with these ones on the 21st of February. Can you believe even now the account is still not open. I mean I thought Premier Cheque Account comes with better experience. The bank charges I will be charged for this account doesn't match the service. Might as well go pay R5 and know that I get slow service and it's worth what I pay for. So diappointed
