Premier banking.... What premier banking?
I thought Premier banking might be better than Private banking as when i was there before, i had great service.
Now not so good. 8 times out of 10 i get advised incorrectly on the 2nd time round a better attempt are made.
This time, all i'm trying to do is create a savings account for my kids and have a card with it. Do you think thats easy? Hell no, what a mission and now i sit with 3 accounts and STILL NO CARD and STILL no RESPONSE?
Seriously? Please advise to which profile i should upgrade or downgrade to get the correct advise and service?
