Premier banking - poor service

Last week, I had been receiving OTP's for various transactions which I did not make, I had to phone and cancel my Credit card to prevent any ********** activity.

I have been receiving email links with all FNB headers, that look legit like an fnb website, asking me to insert my username and password in some ***** fields.

Its risky to do online banking, but im sure FNB can invest in online security and customer protection to avoid this from becoming a massive disaster for all FNB clients.

I called the premier banking call centre, they hang up on me 3 times while talking, not sure if your phone lines are at fault here, but no agent even took initiative to call back. If the service you provide is so pathetic, why charge so much and call it "Premier Banking"?

Good Day Daffnie

I just had an issue now, I called FNB, was on the line with them for about 30 minutes and the call cuts. The lady I was talking to doesn't bother to call me back, now how do i guess who I was talking to, or is it that only when it suits you, you speak to clients.
