Premier banking - pathetic service.

1) Both my sons youth cards expired on the 31st of March 2018. After providing all the documents I was told i could request the new cards online. This was not possible as the option was not available for the 2 accounts, I contacted the premier bankers and they requested the cards on my behalf. It's nearly 4 weeks now and i'm still waiting - no response. 2) I requested an increase on my credit card online ()on the 20th of March – no response.

On the 21st of March I phoned FNB to inquire about my application and was told I had to reapply again – half way during the application process the call was disconnected. I thought the consultant would phone me back, I’m still waiting.

I repeated the online application ()on the 22nd of March – no response.

I phoned Friday 23rd March and enquired about the application, consultant told she will forward a urgent request to the credit card department – still waiting no response. 28 March, I phoned FNB. Conversation started 3min 40sec, Consultant told to hold on while she check the progress. After 15 minutes of waiting I decided to drop the call. The service is pathetic and i have rather app**** for a credit card with Discovery. Since Michael left FNB, the quality of service went down the drain.
