Premier banking my a....

I urge everyone reading this, rather do not take a black card from FNB with a private banker. Rather stay on the cheaper options, its exactly the same thing, the private banker can generally only assist with address changes or how Ebucks works (even then they will send you a bunch of gibberish to read, copied and pasted from somewhere) and the like. Absolutely absurd to pay this extra money for a different colour card with the same service. I have had numerous complaints and the incompetency is agonizing. The only responses I get (besides 2) are “we cannot assist” or “this is not our mandate”. This for simple things like asking for an extra card, or a petrol cash card, I get told, when I actually do get a response, that they cannot assist. Its even gotten so bad that FNB internal departments mail each other (with me in CC) stating that its not their job but the other department’s, obviously said department does not respond. My card might as well be a pink card cos they advertise this card as if its something special, buts its exactly the same as a Smart account, only about 7 times the price.

WOW GUYS, out of all the email addresses in this mail trail, the only response I can get is “we cannot help” !!!!! This is ludicrous, the only responses that I have received from FNB are their internal departments mailing each other (keeping me in CC) stating that its not their job but rather another departments job.

FNB Care, where are you guys, no responses, updates, blah blah blah, brilliant service I tell you.

The only staff at FNB that respond are the legal team to tell me that they cannot assist ? Is this the way it works ?

I beg you, please, can someone tell me where I can see someone in person, as in, get in my car, drive to a physical address and speak to someone ? This is total ludicrous ?

Tomorrow will be 5weeks since my original request? Excellent service guys.
