Premier Banking is a waste

Good day,<br> <br> I always have an issue with Premier Banking because my emails to the premier email address takes forever to reply! I cannot call the call centre because I am deaf and prefer to communicate via emails. I requested about the FNB connect, only after 2 days I get a response and that reponse states that a communication has been made to FNB connect who will contact me. Up to date I have not been contacted but do me a great favour, keep your connect and keep your business, plenty adsl ISPs waiting for business!
