Premier banking is a joke

Premier bankers does not seem to exist. After FNB deduced the wrong amount for my credit card it took me almost a week to get any feedback from them. Feedback was that due to a glitch on their side they deducted the wrong amount. I asked them to confirm that this would not cost me interest because of their mistake. No feedback. I have now been charged R800 interest because of their mistake and only got one response in the last week from my supposed team of premier bankers. Amazed at just how bad their service is. The app secure chat simply tells you to email fnbcard which takes almost a week to respond
