Premier banking debit order and unauthorized payments.

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from this bank, I was not using the account for 4 months and yes I understand that there are bank account charges that accumulate, however there were transactions that were going of my account while I wasn't using it because I'm now unemployed, so I got money from SARS which was then taken from the charges however another unauthorized debit order went off my account and I went to the bank in wonderpark mall to query this and spoke to a lady(Lefentse) who was so rude to me and even mislead me with information so then I decided to use the telephone and call the unauthorized debit order department and I was informed to call in 24hours after 24 hours I call again I spoke to Jules on the secure chat who was also rude and I was told that this needs to be done on Tuesday and then that same Jules leaves the chat with no explanation whatsoever as to how does money leave my account and is showing as pending if I was instructed to call within 24 hours, so now I am left with no money for 2 days, I have kids who have not eaten through the whole weekend because I'm unemployed, no one was showing any importance to my situation, it's not the first time I have this problem but I have been patient with the service.
