Premier Banking

Just a shout out to Lucas at the Premier Banking Service team: He followed up on a case relating to a "switching offer" FNB made as I am in the process of moving banks. I was unhappy with the explanation given as to why I was still being charged account fees (my salary is already switched and debit order switching is already in progress) so he promised to call back with more information - which he did promptly! I do appreciate that kind of service and it is to be commended, thank you! Will wait and see over the next month if it gets resolved.
