Premier Banking Agents are Angels from heaven

I'm unemployed. My contract was terminated as the company I worked for started retrenchments and the first to go was contract workers. I've app**** for hundreds of jobs all over and no one is taking. I then recieved a R200 voucher from FNB to use at Engen. I used it to buy bread and milk and there was R30 left over. Today my daughter asked me if I could buy her a pie for lunch for school and when I spoke to a consultant from FNB, they told me that I wouldn't be able to redeem that R30. The consultant, Luke Adrianse, listened to my story and Sent me an e-wallet with some money. I baught my daughter her pie, a chocolate and cold drink for lunch. We both dropped to tears because of this beautiful geasture from a complete stranger. FNB Staff went beyond the call of duty and not only helped me out with enough for some petrol to get my daughter to school, but to also bring a little joy to my daughter. Thank you FND for having staff that are kind, humble and caring, This is 1 of those moments that makes me happy to be banking with you in a time of crisis.
