'Premier' Banking. A Farce.

Phoned the 'Premier' Banking Call Centre at 21h45 on a weekday to find out why a paymrnt I had made on the 30th of December towards my FNB Credit Card still has not reflected, as well as why FNB deducted this same amount tonight once again, even though proof of the initial paymrnt was sent. Had the pleasure (excuse my sarcasm) of speaking to a Thuli Tshabala (if this is even the correct info). I explained the situation and she was very arrogant and unprofessional. She did not provide any help at all. The cherry on the cake was when she cut the call while I was still asking her a question. Afterwards, I phoned once again to find out who the 'employee of the month' was. I spoke to a man who informed me she had not even pulled up my details (even though I had done a security check). As a result the call was not recorded. He asked around the call centre and apparently this lady was Thuli as mentioned above. I however do not know whether I can trust this word-of-mouth information. I have always had bad experiences with FNB and their Premier Banking. This lady does not have any right to work with clientele, nevermind as a 'Premier' consultant. As stated I do not even know whether the name given to me was falsified, but I suggest FNB ups their standards for recruitment.
