Premier banking a farce

I lodged a query (crm: ********** ********** 2) on the 24t of October with the premier banking team regarding the tap and pay facility on my new card. FNB advertise that they will respond in 1 business day. 4 Business day later and 1 call still nothing. Their upgrade to my account was their upgrade and not mine, but i footed the bill for the new card. I got my new gold cheque card a few months before. What I am trying to fish phish vish called it what you want (or may I not ask), was when was FNB going to educate me about this technology that is meant to make my life easier according their website? I had to find out about this at my local café after processing a transaction for R170.00 odd. Now I know the café owners for many years and did not think it strange but the disconcerting issue is that the transaction took 5 days to go through my account and no sms as it was over R100.00. How is this supposed to make my life easier? For ******* to ***** my money yes as no pin is required and maybe @fnb R200 is not a lot for you but it means a lot to me. YouTube is crawling with how they have already made scanning devices that can read these cards and a lot on how to disable this feature. So hopefully if this bank is still about service I will get someone to start giving me answers. @RBJacobs has been engaging me, but strangely has not given me a good reason to believe that this thing was designed to make our lives easier.
