Premier bankers is useless
I cant see that the purpose of an premier banker is, I have logged an query with them 20/08/2015 and I still have not received any feedback. Why am I only earning 3.3% interest on my 32 day savings account if your website says I should be getting 4.5%. I want to know why it it that low, if it is an error I want to be reimbursed for the interest lost. Also why should I not move to Capitec bank since they offer me 6.6% ?
