PREMIER BANKER ON LEAVE

Good day, I am extremely unhappy with the manner that I am being treated. On the 3rd Nov 2015 I requested my premier banker to apply notice on my 32 day account. After several follow ups AFTER the 32 day period, I now hear that she is on leave and that she NEVER actioned this request from her side. I need MY money for my holiday expenses and I frankly don t care what need to be done from FNB side to fix this! <br> I am not waiting ANTOHER 32 days! <br> Surely cannot be punished for the negligence of the premier banker?? I expect a response ASAP
