"Premier Banker" is just a phone book?
I've been on FNB Premier for around 2 years now and used the "Premier Banker" feature via Secure Chat for the first time this month for 2 very basic queries.
On both occasions the "Premier Banker" was absolutely useless and I really do not see the point of this product or paying extra for it. The Premier Banker doesn't do anything to assist you with your query other than pointing you to another department.
The Premier Banker is marketed on the FNB website to:
1. Provide access to a team of product specialists 2. Assist you with your banking queries
Yet all they do is give you contact details of another department - details you can get via Google yourself or by browsing the FNB website. They make no effort in resolving your query or opening a ticket with the relevant department on your behalf. It truly is a pointless product.
Once again, I was told to forward my documents to the Fica department for a change of address even though I had already done this 2 weeks prior to writing this review.

It has been 3 weeks and my address has still not been updated. My statements for November still has my old address on it.
This once again proves that Premier Banking/Banker is just a glorified phonebook. There is no sense of taking ownership of the issue at hand and following through to ensure it is resolved.
Please do not call me again regarding this and respond to me via e-mail.
