Premier Bank Suite - FNB Investment

I've sent countless amount of emails to the Premier bank team last month for the team to cancel my investment accounts and transfer the money back to my account. Nothing has been done. When I called them, they told me that this will be done shortly but still nothing has been done. FNB Investments are extremely user unfriendly and other institutes offer a higher quality of service than FNB does.
