Premier accounts Benefits flase adverti*****ts.

I recently update my account from aspire to premier and had all my 4 family member to join the bank and open their accounts. My aim was to enhance the relationship I have with FBN so that I can later close my accounts with other bank and focus on the relationship I have with FNB. That was short lived when I called them and enquire on how the travel benefits work especially access to the slow lounge. I was told I only need to book my flight with the fnb card to qualify which I did. I recently booked for my birthday stay in Cape Town and arrived early at the airport to relax at the lounge. I have 12 visit on my app but for some reason they could not redeem them at the slow lounge or Tambo and I was told to pay R300 for access. I contacted FNB and they told me to wait for operating hours and call ebuck department. I was shocked cause I called fnb to confirm my benefits and they advice me without referring me to ebuck , mow that there is a problem I need to contact ebucks. I'm just hoping they sort themselves out so that I don't face the same problem when I return back from Cape Town airport. This was very disappointing and ruined my birthday celebration.
