Premier account....no benefits

As a premier account holder I should have a dedicated relationship manager. Yet this relationship manager has never made contact with me. In trying to resolve a simple matter on my business account and after 3 visits to the branch, I have still not been assisted. The business banker is never in the branch and never answers her phone....and the inhouse consultants seem to have no interest to assist. Perhaps now is eventually the time to move my business account.
