Premier Account Conversion is Useless

I upgraded to a premier fusion account, which I don't want, as I was aiming for a premier cheque + premier credit card. This wasn't communicated clearly. Turns out it is an impossible nightmare to convert the premier fusion account into a premier cheque account. No one can help at the call centers. I don't have time to sit for hours trying to explain myself to useless call centers and the app can't do it either! What is the point of a premier call center if all they can do is forward me to cattle class call centers??
