PREMATURE DEBIT ORDERS

I noticed this morning that one of my debit orders for a loan was deducted TODAY, 23rd of July 2021.

I spent nearly an hour on the phone with a COMPLETELY INEXPERIENCED call centre agent who was not able to assist.

Regardless if the 25th falls on a Sunday or whatever day, how can you take the last money out of a client's account even before they get paid? TWO DAYS PREMATURE???

I was COMPLETELY unaware that this was the case and I need this to be rectified ASAP!
