Prejudice Ignorent FNB Consultant

I recently app**** for a business acc online.. Few days later I received an sms confirming the arrival of my card at the Upington FNB branch for collection.. Upon arrival at Bank I spoke to a gentleman at the first counter and apparently he is the one dealing with business acc anyway.. I explained I am here to collect my card .. That's where the **** started I was told about how I should schedule an appointment and bring my documents with in order to register for business acc and warra warra about how we should not use online application as it better to register at your local branch.. I tried my best to speak sense into the Gentle to no avail.. to my shock he requested me to come with a R500 in order to have the acc registered.. I business card is at the branch he took it out and should me What I didn't understand is why I should register one when the one I app**** for is already there ... I left the bank because I didn't want to make a scene.. Till this day I am still receiving messages to come and collect my card ..
