Pregnant and stressed with no help from FNB

Soon going on maternity leave and knowing I won't be paid a full salary, I app**** for an Increase in my credit card limit so that I could use my credit card to pay my rent and debit orders for the 4 months that I would be on maternity leave.

Only for unauthorised withdrawals to be done on my credit card. I opened a ***** case and the account was blocked/frozen. After a couple of weeks I got a new credit card and debit card. The credit card was activated inside the bank but I then blocked it using my app. I have been using my money from my savings account.

So after doing all of that and receiving a new card money is still being taken from my credit card! I reported the ***** on the 2nd of September and to this day I have received no feedback and now money continues to be taken from my account.

I am now 37 weeks pregnant, no full salary, stressed about the arrival of my baby and now I still have to deal with this! I cannot wait to close my accounts with FNB. I'll never recommend them again and I definitely won't be liable for any money taken from my accounts which was not taken by me.

Pathetic!
