(Precious Lungie and Thandi) - way to go FNB

I went today afternoon to FNB Klllarney branch to update my details on the system. I've been served by "PRECIOUS", a name that truly reflect how precious FNB to having such patient, s****full and humbled lady. There was an issue whem it comes to update details of passport holders, but PRECIOUS didn't stop there, she went and asked for the support of her supervisors; the two must professional and s****ful ladies: LUNGIE & THANDI. I must ne honest, I haven't seen any think like their 'down-to-earth' actions, speed, interest to help, like they really living the FNB famous slogan (HOW CAN WE HELP YOU). I must admit I was a bit nervous when things didn't go the way I anticipated but with PRECIOUS + LUNGIE + THANDI spirits and team work, I left the main door with a belive the banking at FNB not only luxury but trustworthy.

Please; give these ladies a hat-high and thank them on my behalf. Also let them hear this story, share it with them and the rest of FNB branches so your FNB staff can feel that their around-the-clock hard work does really noticed and appreciated by their customers.

Thank you ladies and FNB please this message as a tip from a loyal FNB customer who will always trust this space as long as people like PRECIOUS LUNGIE AND THANDI do exist.
