PRE-PAID REQUEST FROM THE 19TH APRIL 2022 TO DATE......

I did a pre-paid request on the 19th April 2022 till date we haven't received our payout. We were told that it takes 7 to 10 working days but I guess things changed from what the consultants told us. Now stuck clueless when will we get our request, we quite disappointed how FNB operate their business. No form of communication from them and one has to guess what will happen from here going forward.

I hope no customer from FNB experience what we have seen from FNB services. I would never refer any of my friends or family member to join FNB at all.
