Pre assessed loan
did an online application with Fnb cellphone banking and I was pretty assessed for R ********** . Well I never received a call from consultants as promised so I contacted my banker who did the application for me and send me an e mail saying"Unfortunately the we could not approve the loan. Your current limit is the recommended limit on the profile." And when I checked again with cellphone banking I didnt qualify. Confusing and thinking the banker sabotaged me.
